Yasmin advises on tax matters. She studied law and did a Ph.D. on transfer pricing and the taxation of permanent establishments at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance. Yasmin is admitted to the German bar and is a certified tax advisor (Steuerberaterin). Yasmin advised on a broad range of tax issues at Hengeler Mueller and Milbank for several years. Since 2020, Yasmin is active as Head of Tax in medium-sized, dynamic businesses, covering all aspects of building and leading inhouse tax functions. Her skills range from setting up proper accounting, payroll and tax processes to enable tax compliance over IFRS tax packages, transfer pricing systems and income tax compliance to the inhouse tax lead for IPOs, the acquisition or foundation of subsidiaries and tax-driven restructurings.
